Are the fixed sheaves on the 10ER Speed Changer interchangeable, or are there "right" and "left" fixed sheaves?

One of the fixed sheaves on my Speed Changer is warped and I would like to replace it. Hopefully I can find someone willing to part theirs out.

Thanks,
-Steve

As far as I know they are interchangeable. When I disassemble a speed changer to refurbish it I don't mark them.

Good luck finding parts. They almost never show up on eBay. From watching eBay for years and years I have only seen two parts as I remember. 3 or 4 years ago there was the movable arm with the pulley shaft. I needed one and was able to get it. Just in the last few days there was a complete pulley assembly on eBay but it is not there now.

Nobody parts them out. Even broken ones are sold complete. They are not super rare but rare enough so individual parts are nonexistent.

I thought, and hoped, that they're the same. Thanks for confirming John.

I'll post a "wanted" ad on the ShopSmith Sales Group on Facebook.

Thanks much,
