Some very good guesses but this is one where they don't even use digital even though it could be done easily. Hint - It's a measuring tool.

Microphone/ speakers? Sound is analog (as all natural processes are) and receives the analog sound from microphones (or speakers create analog sound on the other end. Only after the sound is reproduced electrically, it is digitized.

Oscilloscope? Despite new versions being digital, the display format is retained from the analog versions. They are used pretty extensively in electronics and medical fields.
