Hello to all.
Just got signed up and wanted to say hey to everyone here. I've been working in wood for over 40 years in many differrent ways from hobby to proffessional logger to self employed portable sawmill operator. Have used my fathers Mark V for about 6 years now and have many fond memories of watching him work on it thru my childhood. It gives me great pleasure to work with it now and I feel he is there with me when I do. Just made my first "square hole" with the mortising bit and got a giggle out of it fur sure. I am a Fireman now but have been an equipment operator for most of my working career and know what a pleasure a quality machine can bring to it's user,,,,the Mark V is in the "top of the line" class of tools IMHO. I really like helping others so as I read thru the posts and meet new friends I hope I can contribute in some good way. Not to mention learn a thing or three
Feel free to shoot me any ????? wood related or not,,,see ya around
