Well so far this is come apart way to easy. I thanked my dad on every piece that came off and not broke. It was my dad's ShopSmith he bought brand new at Montgomery wards back in the 40's Now the real fun part begins, cleaning and painting all of it. The way tubes even cleaned up with 150 grit paper to get the headstock off and the table adjuster. I hope the rest of this goes this easy.

Since you have started this thread on restoring, I will continue my comments here. In the other thread "10ER Tubes" you said,

Hey Russ, To answer your question about the serial number it does have Letter Prefix of 10ER 50103. Sorry about adding this to the above reply.

The 10ER is the model number. Besides it there should be a letter "R" prefix before the serial number. That is probably lost from the fire damage. If undamaged your plate should look like the one below except for the serial number itself.
From what I see in the pictures of your now disassembled Model 10ER it was made in the Western Plant prior to April 1951 since it has double wedge locks and is serial number 50103. As for getting a replacement Logo/Serial Number Plate they come up for sale on ebay once in a while from sellers parting out Model 10's. Of course, it will have a different serial number than yours.

As for the restoration the tubes look like you should be able to remove the rust then polish them. They may has discoloration from the fires still but should be usable. I see the Drive Sleeve is already apart and should get new bearings along with the Quill. Fire damage aside 70 year old bearings most often need replacement. The only Model 10 I have restored that didn't need new bearings had already had them replaced at some point.

Not sure why "original form" is relevant. File size and pixel dimensions are. Go to the Community forum and look at the second sticky thread at the top "How to Post a Picture".
