Another small refurb (Tail stock with duplicator extension)

Acquired this last week after searching for a couple of years.

A bit of minor rust and sawdust cake on the bearing shield holes.

Used some unusual 'tooling' to disassemble it.

Metal chuck mounted on SS spindle holding bearing head.
MT2 extension with a crescent wrench on the tang.

Bearing head came loose first.

So onward

Used same "tooling".

After cleaning up and waxing.

Soft wire brush removed rust etc.

The bearing is in excellent condition in spite of the sawdust cake.

Bearing removal is not easy, so I left it alone.
