Going through a box of random stuff that came with my shopsmith, wondering if people know what these parts are for?

Working form the bottom up, the bottom one (all black) looks to me like a Shopsmith 1/2" router bit chuck.

The next two working up from the bottom do not look to be from Shopsmith; one is obviously rigged up with a non-Shopsmith drill chuck but the purpose of the other is a mystery to me.

The two top ones kind of look like Shopsmith dado arbors or molding head arbors, but I don't recall the Shopsmith dado/molding arbors having a regular nut on the end.

Check to see if those upper two are large enough to fit the Shopsmith. Some of the generic arbors from hardware stores are smaller than the Shopsmith and are for other purposes.

Although not a great picture to tell, I agree with algale on the bottom item being a 1/2" Router Chuck. All other parts are non-Shopsmith items. The easiest way to tell on the arbors is - All Shopsmith Arbors, Spindles and Chucks use only a single set screw to attach it to the Shopsmith's 5/8" spindle. As has been said the other two items are some sort of sleeve with one having a drill chuck which is a non-Shopsmith one.

2 & 3 look similar to the coupler on the A-34 jigsaw, but a bit longer.

There are no SS arbors that have two set screws to attach them to the spindle.

I have an arbor that came with a 10ER and it had 2 set screws. Now perhaps there was an after market supplier?

I don't think you can say there are after market Shopsmith arbors with 2 set screws. 5/8" motor shafts are common. They don't have a tapered flat like the SS spindle. Companies made arbors for the 5/8" shaft that had 2 setscrews since the motor shaft had no flat let alone a tapered flat.

Adding to what John said above. Arbors were commonly used directly on motor shafts and ones with a 1/2" bore rather than the 5/8" bore were common too.
