Got the motor out and vacuumed off, here's a test run, thoughts?

Sounds like firm positive start switch actuator. Motor running sounds good.

Did you attempt to blow out the internals of the motor?

I did, but there's a lot of sawdust still in there. I though it sounded good too. I didn't hear any bearing noise, I may get away with just taking it apart and cleaning it

Well, apart, cleaned and back together in the same day. To my astonishment, it works....

Hi guys, Iā€™m confused about the poly v belt bearings I need. The bearing document refers to p/n 501297, but mine have a different number. Am I just overthinking this somehow?

Different manufacturers have different numbers. Who made the bearings in your machine?

No idea, I presume they are original equipment.

Drive sleeve?


6205-2Z = 25 x 52 x15 mm double shielded

Replace with 25 x 52 x 15 2RS
