If ever there was an unsung tool that plays a critical supporting role in the Shopsmith owner's shop it would be the 5/32" hex wrench. This tool is so important that years ago Shopsmith presenters began referring to it as the "Shopsmith Toolbox".

Since the beginning, Shopsmith tools have utilized a long, L-shaped 5/32" Allen, or hex wrench for adjustments and for the attaching of arbors and accessories. I'm a fan of this original style wrench, but there are times that a strong T-handle wrench is hard to beat.

We've found a couple US-made T-handle wrenches that are similar to the wrench shown in this video from Amazon (see links below)
