Looks like someone has a repair job coming up

Just starting to get ready for the spring and summer months and one thing on the list is bird houses. Some still need cleaning out, some have to be put out and up and still other need repairs. I guess someone thought the house need a remodel and brought in a contractor who started the job but never finished it.
Thing is about 10 feet in the air so whole tower will have to be tipped down to remove and replace material. Hope there is no unseen damage.
