A friend ask me how to go about cutting 6 parallel slots 3/4" apart in the face of a board at a 75°angle. Is there a way to do that?

Could you sketch the objective? I didn't interpret your question the same as Hobbyman2 did. Or did I misinterpret his answer? Something. And what is the width of the slots?

If you are talking about 75 deg to the face of the board I would suggest that you be very careful. 75 deg is very steep for any table saw. I would have to think about my geometry classes but if you cut them at a 15 deg angle to one face wouldn't that be 75 deg to the opposite face?

Is this what you are striving for. If so, 15 degrees off vertical and vary the table height (depth of cut)
each time. Use a tall rip fence attachment.

What Dusty drew is what was asked for however, I have since found that what he really wants is 15°, not 75° which is easy.

Depending on how you measure the angle, the sketch depicts 15 degree slots. Fifteen degrees with reference to which surface?
