Nice work! I always enjoy seeing restorations, particularly of older woodworking equipment. You did a great job again. Also, thanks for educating me a bit more on the Mark 2 and its history...

Mark V completely upgraded to Mark 7
Mark V 520
All SPT's & 2 Power Stations
Model 10ER S/N R64000 first one I restored on bench w/ metal ends & retractable casters.
Has Speed Changer, 4E Jointer, Jig Saw with lamp, a complete set of original accessories & much more.
Model 10E's S/N's 1076 & 1077 oldest ones I have restored. Mark 2 S/N 85959 restored. Others to be restored.

Something I neglected to mention about the Mark 2 is that since the Way Tubes are shorter the maximum length for the Lathe is 28" as opposed to 34" for the Mark 5 according to the brochures. Without the belt cover on and with the belt/pulleys set for the lowest speed I can move the Headstock over enough to get about 30" of actual length.
