Hello, I bought a 10er a month or so ago and it came with all manner of additional accessories that I am still reading up on. However, two parts baffled me: homemade wooden braces (jigs? supports?) each with hoop clamps -- although the concave edges do not fit the way tubes.
It may be helpful data that the previous owner worked on boats in a marina.

Re: Mystery jig?
Guess from my brother in law who is a maritime consultant.
"I have not seen these before. But noticing that the concave surface on both pieces is not weathered like the rest of the surfaces. So my guess would be that these two pieces were strapped to relatively close parallel deck rails on a boat concave side down, creating a cradle for a small inflatable raft shell or other barrel shaped piece of equipment"
