You have a 510 or later table system then. The carriage lock is different from the headstock. The headstock would use different wedges. That explains what 514095 parts are. They aren't threaded so the same part fits the left and right side.

It was a 510 originally. I upgraded to the 520 rails etc., years ago, fitted the Power Pro later and just completed the Double Tilt.
