Just finished an intrasia horse (plans from Creative Woodworks & Crafts March 07, designed by Annja Starret). Shaped mostly from Cherry and Basswood. The nose and eye where challenging. Mostly it was allot of fun, and relaxing. My daughter asked for a gift for her OB/GYN who delivered the twins. The doctor has quarters.

Congratulations Gary. That is one great looking steed!
I'm sure the recipient will be really pleased.

Absolutely beautiful job, Gary. Oh, if only I had the patience to do that sort of detailed work.

Great Job Gary!! How long did it take you to do this project? I have never tried doing any Intarsia yet, but think I will have to give it a try. Thumbs Up!!

OH WOW. You did a SUPERB job on that gift. I'm not sure if I'd give it away. But you did get twin grand kids out of it.

Great job. Two thumbs up from here. I have tried in the past, but never had anything that looked that nice.
