What's the normal motor sound when rotating output shaft by hand?

For all of us electrically challenged members, what's the SJT stand for?

I work at a Home Depot and the type of electrical cord we carry is SO type. You should be able to find the SJT type at an electrical supply house that caters to contractors. Attaching a link which describes what the symbols stand for in regards to SJT, etc. Hope this helps.
