I live in Florida. Is there a place that I can take the Mark V for full tune-up. Or better yet, is there a handyman that can come to my house to tune it?
Thanks

Welcome to the Shopsmith Forum.
A "tune up" mostly involves the Headstock with alignment to be done to the tables and fence. The only current way I know is to send the Headstock into Shopsmith for the tune up. Unless there is a problem you can do the maintenance yourself and save a lot. It mostly involves cleaning and lubrication inside the Headstock. This is covered in the Owner's Manual and if you do not have the one for your Mark V model, I would suggest getting one. In the meantime there are PDF Summary Owner's Manuals available from Shopsmith for free at the bottom of the page at the link below.

.
There is another helpful manual available free as a PDF from the Shopsmith Help Kit titled
Mark V Alignment & Maintenance at the link below.

.
These are both links to elsewhere on the Shopsmith website.
With this information you should be able to "tune up" your Shopsmith Mark V and even do needed repairs. If you have any questions do ask them as we are always happy to help.
