I dinged a couple of teeth on a bandsaw blade after a guide bearing had locked up and I had adjusted to closely :) This made for a very rough cut , but it also made it near impossible to get a straight cut for resaw on the bandsaw.

Its funny to think about this problem from the other side-as we all do our level best to minimize post saw steps like sanding by getting the cleanest cuts possible.
