A part of the fence on my 510 broke and isn't available from Shopsmith.
The broken part is #514259 (#219 in the schematics) and its the lever on the back of the fence which clamps to the rear support tube. I called Shopsmith and was told they no longer provide this part. The only suggestion they had was to upgrade to the 520 fence.
I wanted to ask if anyone here knows of any aftermarket part to replace it?

I don't know of any but a used 510 fence from eBay should go for $50-$75. If you are in a pinch I have a spare 510 type fence I could take that piece from temporarily. It's an extra long fence made for the Sawsmith 2000 but not for my version so I don't use it.
I think a used one is a good deal because it gives you all the rest of the parts also.

I'm pretty sure I have one in a box o' parts. I'll PM you if I can put my hands on it. Last year I made a 520 rip fence extension that uses 510 extrusions as its primary components. Some of it was odds and ends, but I'm pretty sure I disassembled a good 510 fence too.

Since Shopsmith discontinued the Mark V 510 and 505 they no longer make replacement parts specific to that table system. As the stock runs out there are no more new OEM parts. It is the same thing we have seen with the discontinued Mark V 500, the Jig Saw and others. The used market is your best option. A quick search on ebay shows 5 currently for sale for just the fence, no tables, etc.

Sorry, 'stuck in outbox' is on me, I didn't log in. I've got one of those too, been in there for 11 months. I didn't see how to include a pic in a PM, so here is what I think is the part you need:
