Sorry to say this, but you should pay someone to take it away. The Shopsmith equipment is all very rusty and dirty and would require extensive time and effort to restore, yet they all could be obtained for a very low price. I've paid less than $100 for Shopsmiths in much better shape than that. Maybe some of the other things are valuable. Is that a router dovetail jig in the back? Do those handheld tools work? You might get something selling those individually on Craig's List.

Asking for someone that is selling their parent's estate. They know I have shopsmith equipment and asked if I could help. They are taking almost any offers. I don't know details of any stuff in the pictures, but can find out if needed.

I have to agree with Ed. They look in pretty bad shape but may still be able to be salvaged or at least parts of it. A few years back I was given a free Mark 5 Greenie, Jig Saw and Jointer which I thought were in bad shape but not nearly as bad as these. I spent over $650 and a lot of time getting them back into great condition. See pictures below. I can't imagine what it would take to get that Mark V back to even working condition let alone a full restoration.
