1, 2, 3 & 6 all look like they may be spacers from a universal arbor or a dado arbor.

Correct. Old style.

I though #5 looked like a 510 table rail lock screw.

Others have identified the parts but I include this as a more definitive identification.

Items 1 & 2 appear to have a 1/2" bore and if so are spacers for the 1/2" Universal Arbor P/N 505505 you have as item 7. It uses one of them and a complete 1/2" Universal Arbor is shown below.

.
Item 6 appears to have a 5/8" bore and that spacer would go to the 5/8" Universal Arbor or as it is currently called Molder/Dado Arbor both P/N 505506.

Item 3 appears to have a 5/8" bore and is a machined washer also for the 5/8" Universal Arbor.

Below is an example of a complete 5/8" Universal Arbor.

Item 4 is the 1/4" Router Chuck.

Item 5 is an older version of the Roller Bearing Assembly found in the Bandsaw's upper and lower Blade Guides. These are the ones users complain a lot about due to "squealing" they make during use. They are a roller on a shaft which needs cleaning and lubrication frequently. It can be seen in the picture below on the upper Blade Guide. The original rollers were made of plastic.

Item 8 is the Starter Pins for the Shaping Insert as shown in the picture below.
