Carriage "slop"

I picked up a Craftsman 10" Electronic from Salvation Army, $29.99 with 2 new blades... it has what I'd call "slop" when crosscutting. Sort of a side to side wiggle. It leaves when locked into rip position. I can look up under the arm and see play in the rollers, but have no clue how to remedy the problem. I wanted it mostly for crosscut, but it seems useless as is. YouTube has been no help so far. Can anyone here point me in the right direction?
