BOT CREATED INITIAL POST

I contacted Admin regarding the banning of 'users'(bots?) who post a 'I am happy I registered' . . . immediately.
He agreed we should be doing that. He will give any one who gets banned a second chance, but will be dependent upon moderators to advise him when the second chance becomes a repeat performance.
I have already implemented that policy. I recommend all other moderators do the same.

Admin also mentioned that moderators got an honorable mention at a recent SS meeting Admin attended. I doubt whoever made those appreciated remarks has any idea of the time and effort it takes to keep this forum free from SPAM. However we do so willingly and appreciate the positive feedback. I say 'we' but I am being presumptuous.
