Power Pro Headstock Won't Turn On

As the title states, one morning (in the middle of a multi-day project...) my Power Pro headstock won't turn on. No error code, no noises, nothing.
I have checked the outlet, the power cord, and the internal connections. All of which seem correct. I also blew out the sawdust on the inside, but there wasn't much inside to begin with.
The machine sees light short loads and is kept in a clean environment. Has never given me issues in the past. I have no idea where to start and Shopsmith's phone number doesn't seem to work anymore.
Any ideas??

Gen 1 or Gen 2 PowerPro? This is important because the Gen 2 adds a fuse and a thermal disconnect along with associated wiring into the power input path. Next important question is whether or not it is under warranty.
This failure is most likely caused by a bad power supply / controller module, but could be caused by the control panel itself. It could also be caused by an issue with the power wiring between the cord and the power supply, to include the main power switch. And it can be caused by the wiring between the controller module and the display panel.

I had this problem when I did a PowerPro upgrade and first powered it up. Turns out a wire had come off the power switch. Don't know why yours would have a wire come loose all of a sudden, but even if not that it could be a bad power switch.
I just tried their number too, it is not connecting. This is worrisome. Starting a thread just for that.

Gen 1. No warranty... Debating buying the Gen 2 upgrade and hope it includes a replacement for the part that went bad. If not and it's the power supply, at least its not wasted money.

yeah... that is definitely on my mind. I guess I figure the Gen 1 is just as unlikely (if not more) to have limited sources for parts and I'd rather spend $340 on a new screen and pinion than $300 on a Gen 1 replacement board...
