Lathe Function to Short

I am 5'10" tall and I find myself stooping over when I use the Shopsmith in the lathe function. I am going to make a 3" tall block to fit under the legs to bring it up to height. But, rather than reinventing the wheel, has anyone come up with a design that they are especially happy with? If so, would you please share it with me? Thanks in advance for any ideas anyone can give me!

JPG suggested something similar to this in the past: viewtopic.php?p=265512#p265512

Also Russ suggested sitting instead of standing for lathe work and that has been my approach so far. Just haven't gotten around to making some kind of platform. IF you come up with something that works well for a raised platform to put under the casters, please post what you come up with. Thanks.

Also some ideas on this thread as well:
