Shopsmith order tracking not working

I ordered an idler shaft assembly from Shopsmith on February 26 and received it on March 6. After I placed the order the Shopsmith online order status showed as “Confirmed” but “Awaiting shipment”. Today, March 10, I received an e-mail from Customer Support saying my order had just been shipped. I thought perhaps there had been a mixup and a second shipment was on its way but when I checked the UPS tracking number provided the UPS site confirmed the package had been delivered on March 6. I checked the order status again online on the Shopsmith site and it still shows as “Awaiting shipment”. Not sure what’s up with Shopsmith order tracking but it looks like they still have some bugs to work out on their end.
