Order for in stock parts placed 3/7/2026 - not getting responses to calls or emails

Hello,
I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this. I placed an order Feb 7 and was thrilled to have the items received in a week. I placed another order on March 7 and to date have only received the auto-confirmation email. I see the order on my list of past orders, still in "confirmed" status. Everything I ordered was listed as in-stock.

I have emailed customer service last week and have not received a response. At the end of the week I called and left my number but have not received a call back. This morning I sent another email and left another phone call.

Is there an issue with order fulfillment/customer service, or has my order been lost or is there another reason?

Received two calls from Shopsmith today. I missed out on a limited supply of crosscut sleds that were in stock so my order is delayed. Parts will arrive this Friday or early next week and it should be shipped to me next week. Thanks Shopsmith Team -- I appreciate the calls and am, I'll say it again, thrilled that Shopsmith is up and running.

Glad you received your order. I had recent issues as well but it turned out I just needed to be a little more patient. Elizabeth at Shopsmith told me that there had been a disconnect between their order tracking system and the actual shipping info. She was apologetic about conflicting info I received but assured me they were working hard to resolve the problem.

I hope to get on track of some Restorations this year.
