Sorry backhertz, I do knot have an extra, but unlike navycop's, mine has SS "stuff" printed all over the front and binding areas and no plastic inserts.navycop wrote:It appears to be a plain wht binder. You can get them at Walmart or Office supply stores. It just needs to have a clear plastic insert on the front and sides.

Tanks guys. I have one binder which is ready to give birth... I like the binders Shopsmith used to give away. I tried to but some a few years back, but there were none to be had. So I am on the lookout. I have a asked a few people on Ebay who are looking for me.
I picked up a second 10ER and want to put all the stuff in a Shopsmith binder
like I've done for all my other stuff.

I must have a SS knock off. All I got was some zerox copies of a front and a side.gutterman wrote:Sorry backhertz, I do knot have an extra, but unlike navycop's, mine has SS "stuff" printed all over the front and binding areas and no plastic inserts.

Well now I have two Mark V's. One manufactured in 2004 and a newer one both came with the same white binders one would purchase at Staples or Office Depot. One has the cover and end spine pages on card stock and in color. The other on lighter card stock and printed in black and white. So it seems to me someone parting with one of the older fancy binders would likely seek a prime price for it:) Jimnavycop wrote:I must have a SS knock off. Out of curiosity I just went out and looked at my binder. It is the white plastic with a picture of both a 500 and a 510 on the cover along with some SS verbiage and dated 1993 which is the year I purchased my SS. I saw one individual on ebay that has one offered along with a PTWFE book for $35 or best offer. He may be interested in selling the binder separately, wouldn't hurt to ask. I guess I will start treating mine nicer as it looks like it may be a collectors item someday.
