If anyone has built a miter sled for the shopsmith 520, how big did you make the sled table?
On a side note, I just made some zero clearance inserts out of 1/4" MDF and they fit and work great.

I have not built one because I have an Excalibur sliding table on my Unisaw,but I did not want your post to go unanswered.
However if I did build one I would take into consideration the size stock I would be working with and go from there. I am sure there are people here that have built sleds so Speak Up please.
