Wow, I hope from today's e-mail it means that the guys at SS are actually reviewing some of the suggestions from us old timers.
Guess I will now gladly put my money where my mouth was, and I will order the incra miter V120 with handle.
Anyway, if any of you were also saddened by missing the last offer, or like me, did not understand what was being offered, we get another chance.

I ordered one from SS with their original offer. After a bit of delay in shipping, I received mine (with safety handle) from SS last week. It's very nicely done. I'm looking forward to some shop time this weekend to check it out.

Wish they (SS) had this a year and a half ago when I bought the Incra Miter Gauge 2000 at a TA.

The Incra miter is also a great device for setting an angle on the old 510 miter gauge for use elsewhere or when you want the extra beef it offers.
Query: I've watched Nick "struggle" (maybe that's overstating) to get the miter gauge in the slot, like I used to, dealing with the 'key' washer, and the new Incra of course has the 'key' (keeper) mounted at the very end of the bar, potentially making it more difficult to mount the m gauge, and I wonder if anyone does what I do to avoid this minor nuisance-- I put the miter gauge on the table with the face approximately even with the arbor, and it drops right down into the slot. Pull back to the front of the table, away you go.
