how can I adjust the blade to run in the middle of the tire ?
or do they just run on the berring--and make noise
the book says let it ride --?
my other bandsaws have an adjustments for this ---not this one --
or am I reading it wrong

The SS bandsaw is self tracking. There is to tracking adjustment as on a regular bandsaw. Sometimes the upper takes a "set" and this can be removed as follows.
With the bandsaw not powered remove the blade and grab the upper wheel with one hand at the top and the other at the bottom and push away from you with the top hand and pull the bottom toward you to remove the "set".
To answer your question directly "no" the blades probably will not track in the exact center of rhe wheel The tracking bearing takes care of the tracking. You will learn to like this feature when you have to change blades.

With the blade controlled by the ss unique tracking bearings, the only thing the same for different size blades is the position if the BACK side of all the different blades on the wheel. This eliminates the need to adjust the blade guide bearing(s).

If the 'tracking bearings' are 'making noise', they may be mis-aligned. The blades should be riding 'in the groove' between the two bearings. These bearings axis of rotation needs to be at a right angle to the direction the blade moves(the SIDES of the bearings parallel to the blade).

The 'groove' needs to be on a straight line with the rear edges of the wheels(tangent to both wheels).

If they squeak, the bearings may be 'dried out'.

YES it does tend to be noisey.
