A some of you may remember I had an extra Shopsmith Miter Gauge Hold Down and wanted to trade it. Well I just found part of the instructions for a Spring Loaded Hold Down that used it as a component.
Unfortunately I only found the material list and not the plans to build it.
I actually found almost all the parts that I already purchased, does anyone remember the project and have a copy of the plans.
I have searched Google and have not found it.

Thanks that's it but I don't see instructions on putting it together. I will watch the video and see if it helps.

Carriage bolt is embedded into the wooden 'clamp' handle so that the square shoulders of the carriage bolt are 'grabbed' by the 'clamp' allowing the handle to rotate the bolt.
Washers are added between the opposite side of the handle and a nut tightened on to them. The washers and the four sides of the square shank of the carriage bolt allow adjusting the length of the bolt beyond the nut so as to provide the clamping of the miter hold down to the track. The bolt extends into the track 't-nut'. The bolt extends through the miter gauge hold down with washers on both top and bottom.
The collars are used on the hold down 'plunger' with one near the bottom and a second one on the far end. The spring is inserted above the bottom collar and below the sliding clamp on the hold down.
At least that is how I see it!
