Way too big for my electrolysis tank and I'd bet that the dust collector won't work on this.

I have "part" of one of those. I have the tablesaw, planer head and big grinding wheel. You can see where the bandsaw had been. Neither the saw arbor nor table tilt on it. One end of the long saw table just raises up and down for depth of cut. The table is made up of a bunch of pieces of smallish channel iron side by side. It does have a fence like a jointer but I don't have a miter gauge for it.
My understanding is that one main place where they were sold was Montgomery Wards. I just use it for decoration. I usually haul it up the Conner Prairie Living History Museum each fall just for people to look at. It does weigh a "lot".
I bought it from down close to Somerset Kentucky where as I understand it was last used at a local sawmill for ripping tobacco stakes. It had been converted to run off of a tractor PTO for power. That is an awfully lot of input power for a 10" or 12" blade. The drives were all flat belts. I have considered making it into a high speed edger for output from my little sawmill. The planer head looks pretty rough and I would have to look awfully close at it before I would try to use it. The big open grinding wheel is kind of scary too. I would probably just remove it. It may never happen, it is not a priority project.

What a fascinating machine! I'd love to know more about it and see better pictures.
