10ER - Running backwards

My ER runs backwards. Is there a fix for this?

Most 1/2 & 3/4 HP motors sold today are reversible. If more than 2 wires are visable in the end plate, it should be easy to reverse. How many different color wires do you see inside the end housing? Any pictures available of the wires inside the end housing and/or the motor information name tag?JPG40504 wrote:More details needed.
