Band Saw extension table

I did a forum search but could find no relevant posts. If any one can point me I'd be much obliged.
I'm thinking about a table surrounding my cast iron band saw table to use in re-sawing wide logs. I've seen Nick's Sawdust video on lumbering with the band saw, where he uses the built in extensions on the new table, but mine isn't that new....at all.
Has anyone built an extension table that extends the table all 3 sides?
Thanks for your time.

I know there's another thread out there with a modified table, but this is the only one I could find:

Might this be the one?

Dusty,
No, that's not it. The one I was thinking of, the guy made a template out of wood, then made the final one out of some kind of low friction plastic. It was for resawing and he also extended the throat on the bandsaw.

Here's another one, but not the one I was thinking of:

Thanks guys. Wanderir's post referencing cincinnati10's extension is closest to what I'm looking for. Would like to have the table extend off all 3 sides, though.

How about a piece of 3/4" plywood the size ya want. Laid on top of the existing table. A couple carriage bolts and wing nuts to hold it down. Underneath it place a runner to fit the miter slot.
