Planer Leads Boards To Right While Planing

I have SS mount planer on a power stand. While planning the board will lead heavily to the right when reaches the out feed roller. The roller has heavy wear in the center of the roller. I see now Shopsmith has the out feed roller as an available part #12A. Has anyone changed an out feed roller on their planer? Is there an instruction procedure for changing the roller?
I have tried adjusting the rollers to correct the travel, with no improvement.

I have replaced both rollers, infeed and outfeed. Shopsmith included instructions with the replacement parts

Outfeed roller is on the way along with instructions and a 2 step pulley for a powerstand.

Yes, I have waxed the table. Thanks for the suggestion. This is not a new problem. When I viewed the parts list for the outfeed roller over the years it was listed as unavailable. I don't know how long Shopsmith listed it as a purchasable part. I was looking it up before on the older paper catalog part list. In 96 I purchased the planer and power stand for $100.00 from an old baby deliverer doctor. A wobbling pulley did a number on the shaft end that I had built up for $35. It plans very good except for the leading to the right. No snipe and quite. He also sold me a like new power stand with 1/2 hp motor for $25 with a 2-3-4-5-step pulley. Last fall at a passed middle aged doctor's finial estate auction I bought a like new DeWalt DW733 (2 blades) on a WOOD Magazine planer stand and new $50 package of blades in the drawer. The blade installed are very good. This was another $100 deal. The dust chute sold earlier off a miscellaneous table, so I had to buy one. It plans very good also, but bad thing about the DeWalt it is so loud. So I got more serious about getting the Shopsmith fixed.

Have you adjusted/verified the table to roller distance is equal from all four corners(i.e. are the elevator chain/elevator shafts) properly synchronized?

You are correct in posting this as these are the MOST IMPORTANT factors in assuring proper planer operations

Thanks All,
New outfeed roller installed works fine now. After14 years, did a lot board guiding over all of those years.

Might be a good idea to check the table height consistency. It may prevent a repeat performance!
