spindle adapter

If you ever have or will buy a spindle adapter from Penn state industries there is one gripe I found (among others mentioned in other threads). The key for a 5/32 or 4mm doesn't fit snugly. As you can see here:

So what to do. I tried to buy one set screw and forget it without a $9 minimum order or high shipping costs. After searching I found the below link. They will let you order one 8mmx1.25x10mm set screw with a 4mm key. When you plan to order this adapter you should call this company and order a set screw as well. All it would take is one too strong a turn with the old set screw and you will strilp the key and permanently mount the adapter to your spindle. Or mount it until you drill it out.
This company is alowing me to buy one screw and just pay postage. Took me forever to find them on the internet though.
