Mystery serial no

I know these have come up from time to time. This is from a 510 with a C head stock. C head stocks were introduced in 1991. Shopsmith says that any machine from 1987 or later has date codes instead of serial numbers. Any clues?

Well now don't I feel dumb. I was thinking a date code with slashes as in 5/26/93.

I am getting tired of having to use this embarrassment icon.
