Buyer beware

Just purchased a set of twist drill bits from a vendor on eBay. It was my misread. The attention line read: Brad point drill bits for Shopsmith users. I should have read more. When they came, they are not fully pointed on the outside edges, not the correct size at the outside edge at the insertion point. These are almost tapered. So, for projects that I don't have to be so precise, I'll use these. After all, they only cost about $6 so can't complain. No idea where they were made as no one claimed them. These are certainly not up to par of what can be purchased from SS.
