Hey Folks. I have been enjoying all this information in these forums! I need a 5/8 accessary hub for my bandsaw and belt sander, and I can't seem to find one. I ordered an accessary hub from SS, but it was 1/2". Where do I get a 5/8" hub for my accessaries? Do I just drill out the 1/2" hub? I only see the 1/2" hub on the SS website. Thanks!

They are readily available, I assume, from SS.

Both drive and accessory hubs are about halfway down the page, $2.58 and $3.05 respectively.

You need the drive hub ($2.58) for the bandsaw and belt sander.

Save the 1/2". It is needed for the jointer or jig saw...

Don't forget the allen screw to make an "assembly" or you can order this assembly. It will work for those SPT's with 5/8" shafts.

Cheaper to buy the hub and setscrew separately! $0.80 for the setscrew ==$3.38.

The difference is the labor to make the assembly.]

Wow, Thanks alot guys! I have successfully found my missing part! I now have one on the way. Now all I have to do is finish getting my shop wired. I'm getting some cedar logs cut up and now have to come up with some projects. That should be easy! Thanks again.
