I was hoping to get some opinions. I have an opportunity to buy a Shopsmith jointer/beltsander combo, both mounted on one shopsmith stand for $150. Both are in good working order. Color is green. Is this a good deal?

Maybe but really depends on condition. Pics or can you check and make sure parts spin etc. I would pay that it it checked out. But this is a jointer and a beltsander? Sounds good. Those belt sanders alone go for over $100 if not $200. I got my Beltsander for $80 but it needed some work.

I actually saw it in person when I bought my Mark V11 from him. I didn't know he was selling it at the time so I didn't have the cash on me. They are in great shape. No rust and both run well. I guess I'm answering my own question lol.

If it's in good condition then I don't see any reason why not to buy it! It's a Deal! A good one by the way!
