Need a Planer motor?

Thanks. Remembered that I have the same Emerson 1 3/4HP motor stored that was removed from a Pro Planer a few years ago when it was converted to a 500 mounted planer. Original owner never used the planer (was still in shipping box). The motor was checked/operated today (no pully currently on motor) and had no problems. 1 year warranty on this one. Not sure I could find the remaining stand parts, pullys and belt these days. Cheaper price and shipping if anyone is interested.

Do I understand you have a feed motor for the stand alone Pro Planer?
I need one.

Man, someone is a lot stronger than I am to have a Pro Planer set up as a Mark V mount.
I believe for me that once it was mounted on the Mark V, it would probably stay there.
That cast iron table on the Pro Planer adds a great deal of weight.

Amen, it requires two men and a boy to move. Mine is on its own stand and I love how easily I can move it around the shop. Jim

I totally agree but the customer is right most times. I did it for the leftover parts which I may still have around some where.
