Can anyone tell me what these parts are for?

Table mounting brackets? Brackets screw to table bottom and mount on a pipe or shaft. The lever clamps that bracket to the 'pipe' to prevent rotating, but allow adjusting.

I do not think they are of SS origin.



Drafting table maybe?

I'm thinkin' drafting table tilt also.
