not everything SS made has to be high quality

Sometimes we get caught up in the woodworker mindset that we have to do fine, super quality work and forget that the SS is built for home jobs as well.

Such is the project I just finished. We have these pool pipes that kinda were unsightly.

I ended up using linseed oil that has been in the shop for 5 years for a coating. I'm sure Arizona heat will have it's toll on it, but by spending next to nothing and using what I had in the shop I produced this. Including the bolt as a door knob, cost was $2.00

Cool... Well, for AZ maybe I should say "hot". :)

Before I read the post(just looking at the pix and title), I thought that plumbing nightmare WAS the 'low quality' ss project!:D
