Shopsmith items for sale?

This is an interesting discussion. Thanks for the info. I have seen many ads for Shopsmith stuff on different sites that show either pictures or text from Shopsmith to describe the item rather an actual picture of part for sale. I always wondered about copywrite or trademark violations. Now I know the answer.

I didn't want to upset the powers that be. I think this forum is a great place to exchange ideas and learn from others. I want to be sure we keep it that way and be sure that the list-keepers want to continue to serve the shopsmith community.
