Anyone out there help me locate a manual for the older Shopsmith Overarm Pin Router model #505806 I just acquired at an estate sale?

The differences in the models are slight from what I have seen. Try this link http://www.shopsmith.com/ownersite/productmanuals.htm and I think you'll find what you need. Good luck!
