Eye, ye, ye... I have at least 3 headstocks I was rebuilding and learned they are now MIB- missing in basement... <Smile> I have the huge orange press in easy view, as I bought it to press new bearings in, but that's all I've been able to find.

We started a project in our house several years ago and it had been on-going. Geothermal & new HVAC duct system, solar power, new addition and I left the head stocks in a certain spot- so I thought. I'll give a better look tomorrow. Those things are too heavy to have grown legs.

I'm finding things I haven't seen in years. I need to have my stuff on a peg board or my memory as it is not functioning as it used to. An injury resulted in my need heavy duty narcotics for a back injury and I'm hoping it's that or maybe early onset old-timers setting in. I was in Harbor Freight to purchase a foot on/off switch for $14 last night & got the urge to buy some other things- but I resisted. Well lo & behold, I found several of those same items in a machinist tool box I keep my good measuring tools in.

At least I have one Mark V assembled- the 510 I inherited & upgraded to a 520. So I was so excited I ordered the double tilt upgrade yesterday. Well it will be easier without a headstock...:)

Same thing with my new OPR table I bought during a clearance several years ago. It must be with the headstocks. <lol>. I came across a bargain at HD for a Bosch router with a fixed base & a table base for only $116 ($129-10% military discount). Well it's getting late and perhaps this was meant to be to call it an early night.

But to add insult to injury, I can not find my PowerPro DVD. I have a Power Pro s/n 9/2/2010, the binder, and remember have problems getting the DVD to play on my computer. So that's the last I recall of it. no DVD :(

Well, tomorrow, I'll have to search and hit every nook & cranny. I might have boxed the head stocks & wedged the OPR table someplace where it would be safe. But as for the Power Pro DVD- anyone have an extra one? If not I'll call Shopsmith on Monday to get another.

But I have the manual but until I find one of the 3 headstocks... I'm stuck. But I'm sure they're in the basement which is filled to capacity as the remodeling job is not yet completed.

Getting older, got to love it.

I found all the headstocks, my bearing supplies- I replaced all the bearings in all the head stocks and soon as I reassemble them, they will be as good as being factory over hauled including new speed controls which won't wear down. Someone was machining the potted metal teeth off and for $16 you got a new control that would never break.

So it looks like my Power Pro upgrade will be even simpler as I hadn't reassembled the headstocks. I needed a bearing press and bought a used Harbor Freight 12 or 20 ton shop press. So I'll have some spares or stuff to sell one of these days... lol

I found of all things a DVD for the OPR. Where that came from, I haven't a clue. But that ought to be interesting to watch. I ...just found the video. It got mixed in with my software containers. I was looking for a DVD in an envelope or a plastic case- not a large case.

Wow! All I need now is the new OPR table and I'll be in business. All before midnight.!
