Oops, Sorry JPG. I posted and checked the link and then I changed the name to "Three Legged Stool" from "Mickyd's Stool". Who knew that would void the link??? Anyway, it works now and so should this.

Nice photo primer!

One more thing on my list of things to try. I have a counter where 2 or 3 of these would work nicely.

Terry, You should be able to get a full screen slideshow. Are you having trouble?

Paul,
Thanks for posting the series. I might even be able to get over my 3-legged stool phobia and try a couple of these. Very nice design.

I saw it full screen, which is why it's now on my list of things to try and build.

That list seems to grow faster than I can cross things off of it.

Is that part of the allure of wood working?? Always something to learn/try/do??

Yes it definitely is one of the parts of "the allure". If your list ever starts to dwindle - never fear - another project will come along!

Sorry Terry, The "copy and paste URLs...." line in your post confused me (not hard to do). I now realize that it isn't part of the actual post.

Oops,

Did a few more pics of the stool today and uploaded them to my web site....trying to better demonstrate the cross-grain glue-up. You can see them here.
If you click on the thumbnail images, you should get a larger image to view. I also added a bit of commentary to the last 5 or so shots.
