A SS 5/8" plain
drive does not seem to be available.

I use this one with my Nova Chuck but they so come in different sizes.

thanks all!
I am going through the stuff I got along with the SS, and trying to make sense of it all. So far, this was the only one that has thrown me. So at least I can understand it now. I don't plan on doing any ofcenter turning yet. Still just trying to get used to turning! Have a good pile of shavings on the floor.

Mounting(a drive) to a chuck(super nova) mounted to the quill is not the same as mounting(a drive) to the quill.

But until SS offers steb style center that can attach to our solid 5/8" quill, it's the only option if you wish to use a steb style center. I have 2 from PSI on my wish list.
