My last post on this subject matter.
Rather than use the rip fence, I suggest that it would be better to use the miter track as the reference guide. I have a bar cut to fit snugly in the miter track just for this purpose. Using the fence introduces still another variable.
The reference chart has grown to include a number of angles (example: 25.71429 degrees) that I am not likely to use but the reality is that there are no limits. Furthermore, this can be done without the luxury of a digital angle gauge. This is good since my digital angle gauge shows only two points to the right of the decimal.

Using the ruler to position the small square at 10" facilitates the use of a sine table to determine the length of the vertical element. Reference the sine table for the degree in question and move the decimal point of the sine value (.4338) one place to the right. This is the approximate length of the vertical element expressed in inches (4.34").
NOTE: This works only at 10".

Actually that is 25.71428571°:D
I know that is ridiculous accuracy, but is what was used.
Reality returns with the rounded 64ths.
I included the 'extra' angles for segment turners.
I added a second chart for those with a 10" ruler above(post 12).
Y'all do know you can copy/save those jpg files from the screen by right clicking on them.
