It took me a couple of hours but it was so much fun fixing it and learning about it. Thank you all VERY much. The screws holding the lower bars on were barely snug. the screws holding the legs ( what are they) on were all loose and one was missing. I tighten the 4 bolts holding the bars to the main fram. I then put a temporary tie down strap across the bottom legs and replaced the 6 bolts with 1/4 20 7/16 bolts. It MUCH BETTER now. thank you all .
